Since the new management takeover, I've noticed a CONSIDERABLE amount of change for the better.
I'm able to find parking more and more (seems like they towed alot of abandoned cars)
Overall noise seems to be better.
The grounds are SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner and they've been making CONSTANT upgrades everyday. They're even updating the fitness center!
I've also seen MUCH faster responses to tenant complaints and problems.
Everyday, you see the maintenance guys out and about getting work done. The new staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. Like concierge service at a hotel.
The new management company seems to be making a significant effort to make this community better.

Its a good quite place However no one picks up thier doggy crap i see them out early letting fido crap all over the place. When you open your windows especially after a steamy hot day after a heavy ran let me tell you those little bisquits fido droppped leach into my home yucky yuck shame on you !!!

Live on first floor,never have a problem with this(little doggy biscuits). Depends on were you live within the complex I'm guessing.

This review was probably written by management. I lived at that place for 5 years and in the last couple of years the office service was terrible. "concierge at a hotel" - are you kidding me? I found the staff to be rude and indifferent.

This review was written by me. I moved out in November to buy a house. I lived at 5 Apple, #11. Not every positive review is made by a staff member... Everytime I see a 'positive' review of ANY apartment on this site, it gets a few comments about how 'must have been the management'. It makes it impossible to find a good review of ANY place. I think the problem is for every 1 person that posts a positive, there are 10-20 negatives REGARDLESS of the place. Our building was populated with nice small families that were very quiet. We only had ONE set of problem tenants that were in their 20s... they would smoke on their balcony and throw their lit cigs off the balcony into my yard... one time they got so drunk that they passed out on my front lawn... we called the cops on them and one of them tried to hide on our porch... But they were an exception. The apartment over ours was the 'demo apartment' so there wasn't anyone in there
