I have lived here for a year. I have reviewed other opinions and some hold true and some not. The pet-pick-up-poop-problem.....NO PROBLEM. For the most part I have seen almost everyone pick up after their pets, on occasion some do not, but not a huge issue. Not sure what building they are talking about. These opinions could vary due to the building. Yes people argue and unfortunate some do swear.....well lets face it folks if everyone lead a perfect life we would not have divorce or make up sex. The maintenance dept. always good experience for my problems, appliances, small problems... Great kid place, my son made friends and loves it hear. My issues of problems: MOLD: yes there is some, I know other tenants have sued for damages. CARS SPEEDING: from Apple Village (up the hill), SPIDERS GALORE!!!Again remember no matter what you read it varies from street to street and building to building. The rent is high comparing to other areas, and the electric as well. Pool hours stink it closes at 7 pm not enough time in the summer vs. getting home from work, dinner and then a QUICK swim.
