The management copany has just finished renovating all the apartments. However, our apartment is extremly humid year round! Even in the dead of winter the apartment will be running 60% humidity without a humidifier running. Infact we had to purchase a dehumidifier just to keep things a little more in control. If you have problems with mold stay away!!!



Also, the rental agreements require a 2 month notice to terminate, and the office was not very helpful for my wife and I since we are building a house and needed some flexability on when to leave.

In addition they were very fast to send our file out to a collection service even though we were disputing their 'termination' fee. Their buisness practices are questionable at best. I can very strongly recommend that you stay away from this place. You may want to avoid any property owned by the management JMG Reality.
