Don't even THINK of signing a lease here!

The Millery's grounds and common areas are always very well-kept, but that's where it ends. Once you move in you immediately regret your decision and start counting the days until your lease is up.
The walls are paper-thin and you have no privacy from your neighbors whatsoever. The overwhelming majority of the tenants don't speak English, mostly Brazilians and Dominicans. The few Americans are usually handicapped in one way or another; the building is next to an adult day care center for the mentally ill. Packs of drunken teenagers roam the hallways because the security system is useless to keep them out of the building. If visitors don't have an electronic passkey, they simply hammer on every tenant's intercom until someone lets them in, especially after midnight.
Parking is a joke unless your lease includes an underground garage spot. They assign you one numbered reserved space, but visitors completely disregard the posted signs and park wherever they please. It gets ugly because cars are vandalized in the outdoor parking lot, too.
The management company has totally abandoned their supervision of this building because they have a brand new property in Danvers. Good luck finding anyone in an emergency. Your ceiling could be flooding but no one answers the page from the answering service. The office staff doesn't even pick up their phones during the rare occasions they are sitting right at their desks. When you finally do track someone down in person, they have a defensive excuse for every situation.
The only plus is that the super lives on-site and he is very efficient when it comes to snow removal. Aside from that, living at The Millery has been an extremely disappointing experience. Definitely NOT recommended!
