A bit on the expensive side and I was a little surprised at the quality of some of the units.
But in general, the residents and staff are very friendly and the apartments are pretty spacious for this area.
Maintenence is good and pretty quick to come and fix the few little problems I was being nit picky about.
The two main problems I have had are that the windows are very drafty and only single paine so the apartments are almost always on the cool side unless you jack up the heat. And the fact that I think they may have a bug problem. We moved in during the fall and ended up killing quite a few centepides over the past few months. They've disappeared now, but it will be interesting to see what the spring brings.
