We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Windsor Court. We were lucky enough to get a "modernised" unit which means that the appliances are relatively new, there is double-glazing, air-con, hardwood floors, and a surprising amount of storage space. The bedrooms and the living room/dining room area are relatively spacious. The kitchen is small but ok if only one person is doing the cooking ! There is a small backyard.

Water is included in the rent and we found that we could heat the unit adequately for $50 a month.

The neighbourhood is extremely quiet. All our neighbours keep themselves to themselves. There are some young people sharing some of the units but we have never had any trouble from them.

The major plus for me in Windsor Court is the Management and staff. Whatever request I had for assistance e.g. to send the occasional fax or snow blow a path for the movers, the answer was always "Yes, we can do that". Also the maintenance staff were quick to respond and always did a good job.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Windsor Court.
