I would say this is not a BAD place to be. It's not that GOOD either. The grounds are well taken care of, and that's a good thing... if you don't mind the creepy landscapers around all the time. The management is for the most part pleasent but I have heard some horror stories about tenents that have had problems with repairs and other issues. I am thankful that thus far we have not needed to deal with the office staff- especially the property manager who I heard can be pretty two faced. The worst part about this place so far is the disappointing pool. Yes, the pool was a deciding factor for us when we signed the lease. We thought about how nice it would be to have a nice cool pool to use on the hot hazy days... it was a nice thought. Turns out you have to pay $130 to use a pool that is freezing cold until at least the first week of August (there is no heater and the pool is inbedded in rocks that keep the water sooooo cold) and to top it off, the hours the pool is opened revolves around the schedule of the college-aged lifeguards. The hour it opens and closes is changed daily. I tried to take my daughter swimming yesterday at 3:30pm and today at 2:30pm and I go to find it locked and closed. When I called the office they said it was because the students had to go back to college and it is hard to find a replacement-- excuse me, when you hired them did you not realize this''' Poor, poor management here. I don't know about you but it bothers me when I pay money for a service and it is not provided.

And to think that in March I wrote a good review... guess the honeymoon is over.
