I somewhat agree with the previous tenant that is upset about the pool, as I am too. I spoke to the manager about it and I think the remarks made by the previous tenant as her being "two-faced" is a little harsh, especially if they are taking the word of others and only using the pool as their current experience. I was informed that the management hired several more lifeguards to hopefully have the coverage they needed when some went back to school. It didn't work out as planned, but they tried. The management was genuinley upset, in my opinion when talking to them, that this has happened. Most of the time the pool was closed due to the weather this year and on;y the last 2-3 weeks there was little no to no coverage. I was told the pool was an extra fee when I moved in AND it's written in the lease in people take the time to read it. The mananger does a lot to keep residents happy, based on my own experience, but as with anything, you can't make everyone happy and since only the complainers talk, I felt I needed to speak up. If the worst thing is no pool help, I can live with that. I have my share of maintenance issues too, but they respond, do the job, and for the most part, things are good.
