If you have money to waste and a hearing problem

It is obvious the many problems in this apartment complex, most of the tenants who have submitted complaints have similar ones. I am not an exception. In Windsor Courts there is obvious drug activity, which occurs 24 hours a day. There are townhouses that are used to supplent a nearby college's lack of dorm space. So many, many nights, it is like living on a college campus. Dogs are allowed to live at Windsor courts. Supposedly there are fines imposed on those owners who chose not to clean up after their dogs. I am going to assume that this is nearly immposible to enforce and I can tell you firsthand many, many "surprises" wait for unsuspecting shoes on the lawn. I have had to leave my shoes and my children's shoes outside because of the dog feces clinging to the bottoms. There are NO sidewalks in the complex. So if you attempt to walk anywhere, beware. you are basically taking your life in your hands. The speed bumps are almost always ignored or avioded by drivers. Both of my kids have come close to getting hit just while walking with me. The walls may as well be paper, because that is how thin they are. When you go to look at the pretty model unit, please notice that there is music on, that is to cut down the chance you may hear any of the neighbors. I can hear my neighbor scream at his wife, his dog, and their child. I can tell when they leave the bathroom fan on. I can tell you most nights what they are watching on TV. My neighbors are especailly noisy. But if you move here, expect the worst. For one the management does not check past criminal records. Many larger apartment complexes do this. If you move here plan on becoming very fimiliar with the Beverly Police, they frequently make trips to Windsor Courts!
At Windsor Courts there are dumpsters that are overflowing 5 days out of 7. So with exposed trash comes seagulls, rodents, and insects. In the year I have lived here, I have had mice and ants infest my apartment. I do consdider myself a clean person, so I know it isn't our living habits. My neighbor had a similar problem. The management is young and very rude. There was a wonderful personable girl who worked in the office but she no longer works there. You will not be told that you need to pay extra to use the pool. You'll get a notice about 1 month in advance. The fee ranges from 75-140 for the season.
I am moving as soon as my lease expires, with NO regrets.
