I have lived at Windsor Courts the past year and I have loved it. It is quiet and friendly here. I have never had any problems with my neighbors. The two bedrooms are big with huge closets, there is so much storage. Plus with heat included! I don't get the other reviews because I have never seen anything they mentioned here at Windsor Courts. I would recommend moving here!!
