Where else can you live where people are murdered with a hammer, and most recently people committ suicide' There is nothing more upsetting than coming home from baseball practice with your children to find the Beverly Police, medical examiner and biohazard clean up crew. You certainly won't find out about this fromt he management office, they prefer to sweep it under the rugs of the luxury units wall to wall carpeting. These rave reviews are a joke! Please, all one has to do is go down to the Beverly Police station and check the police log.

Yes, heat may be included, but is it really worth it' The heat only works on the 1st floor, forget about your bedrooms, you will just freeze. This goes as well with the central air conditioning. Your living room will be cool, but your bedrooms will be stifling hot. Just drive by and take a look at all of the air conditioners sticking out of the 2nd floor windows and you will see what I am talking about.

Good luck, you might want to think twice before moving here.

I think it is cruel, and completely has no reflection on the community, to refer to a person's unfortunate death. The confidentiality of the office regarding personal resident circumstances should show professionalism, not dishonesty.

Yeah, my cousin getting murdered has nothing to do with Windsor Courts. He didn't even live there. :(

It is even worse if he was killed and not a tenant! It shows that anyone can get in and even have their life taken.
