Staff is nice, which lead me to believe the people that live here may be as well. No Way! This is a glorified project. You would be better off at a homeless shelter than having these people for neighbors. Many years ago, Windsor Courts was considered a nice place to live. What happened' My reccomendation is to call the Beverly Police and they can tell you how often they are here. NIGHTLY! Murders, fights, domestic issues, parties, you name it. Just know what you are getting into.
