I moved out about a month ago when I bought my first house. I lived in that apartment for 3 years before that and was pretty happy. I never ecperienced some of the things written on this site, like police and such. My place was quiet, I liked my neighbors and was sad to leave. I only left because we bought a house. If I ever had to rent again, I'd go back.

People should investigate the police records on this property and dont take anyones word for granted. Maybe there should be a post that illustrates what a rip off it is to live here and its NOT northshore luxury living. The only luxury is the money that is being made on the tenants. Did you know that building next to a dump is a BIG write off.
