I just signed another lease here and have no plans of going anywhere. This is where my kids were raised and I love that. I know it is not normal for someone to rent for this long, but why not when you have everything you need.

It sounds like you are on that merry-go-round called denial. You've got to be kidding me! This place was the biggest dump that I have ever lived in and would not recommend it to anyone, unless you like inmate living.
