Built on a dump!

This place was "BUILT ON A DUMP"!! Yup that's right, the old Beverly dump is where the back building are built on. This place had such a bad rat problem when the dump closed they almost closed the apartment complex. 30 years ago when they were built they were only OK, now they are more like the ground they were built on!!

Hmmmmm that means big write off's for the investors/owners. I wonder how they pass the savings onto the tenants???

The former town dump is NEAR the back buildings NOT UNDER THEM and is separated by woods. Not to mention that it is very well maintained by the city and does not cause any problems to the apartments. I happen to walk my dog on that field every day, as do many of my neighbors. There is NO rat problem. YOU REALLY NEED TO GET A LIFE AND STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME BY WRITING LIES BECAUSE YOU GOT EVICTED BY MANAGEMENT.

Based on my experience the complex was built on greed and they know what they are doing to keep it that way.
