This place lacks class, proactive management skill sets and attention to detail. The tenant is put in a position to accept it and slip through the cracks.
Someone is asleep at the wheel just collecting the rent monies.
Just read about the furnace heaters that blew up recently in one of the buildings.
It is time to Wake Up.

Excuse me, but I live in the building where that happened- you obviously didn't or you wouldn't say that. Management was AWESOME through the whole thing. First of all, it was a gas line problem (read:keyspan issue). The office had like 50 people there immediately working to fix the problem. They offered to put people in hotels and did everything possible to make the sucky situation better for us. I have never lived anywhere that had more responsive office or maintenance people.

Just another complainer who doesn't know the facts come on now your acting like the owners did this on purpose
