I'm just about to begin my third year here. At the time of my last renewal and this one, I did a little looking around to see if there was anything better in the area, and I found that this is really the best value, especially if you have a dog. I have a private patio where I grill, there are extensive well-maintained grounds for dog walking, and because these are townhouses, I have two private entrances to my unit. That actually does cut down on any neighbor noise in my opinion. I live in an older, not-so-updated unit, and every time I've requested maintenance it's been taken care of immediately. Yes, the soundproofing could be better, but in my experience the noise has been minimal and neighbors have been courteous. The staff is very friendly and available. I don't know what the statistics are regarding crime in the community, but I haven't had any reason not to feel safe in the two years that I've lived here.
