Horrible staff, bad maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I lived at Windsor Courts for a few years, during which time the management changed. There had already been a lot of problems with maintenance, and this only got worse. Furthermore, the original management had at least been reasonable to deal with, but the current management (that is, the person in charge) is extremely unpleasant. Stay away!
