Beverly Commons 52% Recommended Apr 19 2008: I have lived here for three years. The first year was great. As soon as the "girls" in the office took over it went down hill. They're useless. My feelings i have heard are shared amongst many other tennants and some of the staff. The new blonde om is to say the least rude, unaccomidating, and and has terrible people skills. Staff is very responsive to any requests, the grounds are kept beautifully, people are friendly. I loved my studio in the Wenham building that had lots of storage a new kitchen and a very good floorplan.
