not recommended - One of the noisiest apartments you can conceive of. If you value getting a good nights sleep beware of this place. The walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors conversations, TV and video games at a very irritating sound level. Fantastic!!! I've lived in many apt's, and Beverly Commons is bar far the best. Staff is very responsive to any requests, the grounds are kept beautifully, people are friendly. I love it here and will be renewing my 1 year lease for sure.

Quality well mantained apartments Our apartment was professionaly painted / carpeted prior to our move, less than a week in the stove had issues. We allowed work to be done while we were out and came home that night to a new stove.
