I live here so i would keep this Anonymous (few more months for my lease).. I don't have good thing to say about this place, the thing that got me in is the closeness to my work place.. I want any prospective tenants to check out few things before you get in..
1. Rooms are very noisy, just walking makes lot of noise.. I have been kept awake number of times by small activity of the tenant above me. You may be well of by taking the top floor but still you will get complaints.. :)? In short not a good place for light sleepers..
2. Make sure that you are aware of advertised features like:
* Attic Storage Space ? That is $25 more very month
* Health Club ? You need to pay additional for this also plus check out the equipment, its tiny with only 4 equipment and I have never seen two of the them work in my 10 month stay (ya! I have complained about it)
* Club House ? I am not sure if you consider the leasing office as a club house? can you'''
* Laundry ? Make sure that the drier works
3. Take care when you deal with the office, esp: a lady Neelam. Keep a copy of all documents that you communicate with the apartment, then you should be fine.
4. Get all your apartment fixed up before you move in, I know of a friend who had to go with a broken washbasin for 4 months before it was fixed.
