Too small, and too noisy!

I am a country boy originally and maybe I am not used to apartment life, but I find the CRUNCH, CRUNCH, CRUNCH-ing of people walking around upstairs to be extremely annoying. The walls are not too thick and you can continually hear babies crying, etc etc.
Also, I have a 2BR @ $1364 ... and there is not enough room! There are several closets, but they're so tiny!
RENTER BEWARE ... if they have no models at the time you visit, you simply won't get to see the inside before renting the place! They hand you a floor plan and expect you to rent based on that. Unacceptable! Make sure you know someone there (as I did), or they have a model, before signing anything!
Positives: no problems with Laundry room, kitchen apps, grill is allowed if you live on ground floor, parking is ample with lots of room for visitors. Great location too if you work in Bedford/Burlington/Billerica area.
