fine apt, greedy management

nice apt with reasonable amenities like swimming pool and fitness room. I hardly ever used them though. Bad thing is that management was VERY GREEDY. When I lived there I paid $1224/month for 1 bedroom, way overpriced. A few months later they start doing incentives for people and new comers paid $100-$200 less per month than I did. After my lease was about to end, they raised my rent! They did not negotiate at all, so I moved out. Guess what' A few months later they dropped all rent to $1120 because so many people moved out. Now it's only $1020/month.
BTW, I agree with some other reviewers that the apt. is a bit old and the airconditioning is absolutely bad.
