This place is OK, the apartments are warm and the set-up allows for the most efficient use of space. Plowing in winter/ground keeping is good, however if you have children the lawns are treated with pesticides and there are notices that children should not play on them! Also, if you like to "sleep in" past 8am dont expect to get a warm shower, the hot water runs out and doesnt come back until after noon-time. I have found the office staff to be stuffy and rude, they act like it is a privilage for you to get to live here. Commute to Boston area is a quick one esp with the newly widened route 3.
