I have been here less than a year and I'm already looking for another place to live. For the amount of money you're paying, it sure feels like low-income housing. From the water stains in the ceiling, the noise from the hallways, the inevitable breaking of a washer or dryer in the laundry room, doors slamming so hard that my doors shakes, this is not the "quiet, luxury living" that the mgt company advertises. It's not worth the hassle of filing a complaint - save your money for someplace else.
