I have been a tennant here longer than most I have met. My major issue through these years have been noise. The buildings were not built with accoustics in mind. You can hear what is going on in the apartments next to you and across the hall from you. The floors and ceilings are creaky and you can hear people moving around above you (and that's just when walking). If they are running or jumping (children for example) the noise can be very startling and disruptive. Currently I am experiencing unattended children that live in my building, who are running through the hallways, yelling and screaming, slamming hallway doors and ringing random doorbells (very annoying and disruptive). Outside noises can be easily heard from inside the apartment (even with the doors and windows closed). Through the years I have been very satisfied with the (on premises) leasing office staff as well as the maintainence staff. Complaints have been addressed in a satisfactory manor. Security and safety is very good and there is plenty of parking.
