Watch out, windows leak like crazy and the corner appartment have roof leaks. Now that new managament has taken over, all of the decent people have left. Now it is all section 8 people with gangs of kids running around at midnight. Not to mention the police are here very night for a domestic. There is dog doo and cig butts everywere. It was great under the old managment but the new managment doesn't do a thing. It is a complete nightmare!
