Most of the reviews are correct. The construction isn't the best. The windows are cheap and in the winter the cold air seeps through the cracks. The carpet gets dirty quickly. The gate is often broken. And often it is quite noisy with dogs barking.

Despite all of this, it's still a really nice community to live at. The bathrooms are fabulous. The new construction provides updated appliances, crown molding, etc. The location in Billerica is very safe. And there's always plenty of parking.

I recommend living here because it's the best place around Billerica.
