I've lived at the Villas with 2 roommates, in a 2-bedroom apt. I love the DESIGN and niceties of the apts... However, the new Lincoln Property Management Co leaves A LOT to be desired. It seems like none of these people know what is going on. My roomies and I had a 6-mo lease from Jan to Jul. I put down a deposit for my wife and I in early July, had a 2-br PROMISED to us with paperwork, etc AND OUR DEPOSIT PAID. We didnt hear from -----, our associate, so we called EVERY single week, almost every other day, visiting the leasing office, etc... and to no avail. We were told our apt would be in Bldg 3, floor plan C,C. Then we called this week and talked to ------- - she said she had no idea what we were talking about. WHAT'!'!'! So I called the regional manager... They have no idea either. Lack of communication' I THINK SO!!!!

So now we are talking with -------. She says they have ONE, One-br available for move-in on AUG 14!!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR 2-BR APT FOR MOVE-IN THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST'!'!'!'!

Thanks for screwing us out of our home, Villas. Beware military - this place looks great - but you put that deposit down, and they run with it.
