For all the staff if there is a problem that everyone is concerned about then shouldnt you take note and advise the higher ups to take care of the problem or at the very least have someone look into it. What im talking about is the windows everyone is complaining about the windows they are made of aluminium and cant contain severe weather so what i suggest which is reasonable is to have a contractor come in and suggest what they can do to fix the problem whether they weather proof it in the winter (seal,plastic see through rap,window seal,ext) or REPLACE which is costly but very much so in your budget since you charge very high rent. We are not asking much but if you think we should pay for all this stuff that protects the heat inside from going outside and protecting the water from the snow and rain from coming in then that is very dissappointing, you dont pay to get our windows protected then either we dont pay our heating bill, is as easy as that and im sure we can get a petition going and im sure we could get every signature on there and we will stop paying the heating, also i dont think you want to pay to remove mold that is ALOT MORE than replacing windows!!
