This is an absolute section 8 haven. Gangs of kids walking around looking like they just got shipped from Dorchester MA, it s a total joke. The only explanation I have is these section 8ers have their heads screwed on right and make the state pay the high rents and some, it really needs looking in to. As for the apartments they have very noisy heating and central air systems, loud enough to vibrate the place and force you to keep the television volume high. The elevators keep breaking down; I m guessing because of the poor quality just like the windows and kitchen cabinets. All in all it seems a very impressive place when you first take a look but once moved in the issues stand out. Another item I would like to note is the road haulage company located next door, their fleet of tractor trailers start leaving the depot around 4:00 AM most mornings, and boy are they loud as they travel along Riverhurst road. Oh yes and not to forget Route 3, need I say more. Be warned the place is not worth the high rent

Well i cant disagree with you on the windows and rte 3 noise also about the truck depot was that a joke or is there one near here because i do hear loud trucks when they put on the air brakes alone that wakes me up. The elevators are broken and the doors to get into the building are usually always being pulled open so anyone can enter the building. The kids around here though dont really act foolish they act like regular kids so until i have to scream at one im satisfied with that. My big thing is the windows and the loud heating/ac sysytems they are VERY LOUD and kick on even if you dont have either on so thats a headache. Fix the windows and give us free heat/hotwater and ill be satisfied!!

Not everyone here with teenage kids are section 8. So what if kids are walking around. There's nothing else for them to do. The windows here are horrible. Hopefully something will be done.
