I lived at the Villas at Old Concrod from February 2007 to June 2007. I paid my rent on time every month. When I moved out they told me I would not get my deposit back and that I had not paid the last two months rent. I was able to give the "management" if that's what you call them, all the information for the checks they cashed the entire time I was there. But they claim that the ledger was not completed correctly, so I have to pay for their mistake-wrong! I will continue to contact these individuals until I get my security deposit back. Unfortunately their regional manage is just as inept as the local management, as he has not returned my phone calls either. This company seems to have no problems stealing people's money, and them claiming that you owe them more money. I will continue to post to this site until my situation is resolved.
