I had called up the leasing office and I was told that I could come in the following day, since they had an apartment available, which I was interested in. When I reached their leasing office the following day, I was told that the apartment had already been leased out! No one called up inform me that, the apartment I was interested had already been leased out. The person whom I had spoken to, had not taken down the information we discussed, and was not even available in office that day. Even a manager was not available at that time. I fully understand that availability is first come first served. But when I had fixed up an appointment, I would expect that the apartment should be available at the time of the visit. And if its been leased out before I visited, someone should atleast call up and inform me.

The same thing happened to me. I feel as though they may even want to stick you on a waiting list or something?
