These landlords want nothing more at this place than to take your money. The gates are not well maintained, the landscapers are always loud and obnoxious at odd hours of the day. It took them 3 months to provide me with a faub to open the main gate.

For a luxury apartment, they cut corners on amenities. When it is time to collect their money, they won't hesitate to take everything they can from you. Fixtures are bad, appliances break down, often left to own devices instead of maintenance fixing for you. Maintenance is intrusive and barges into your home every couple of weeks.

Steer clear from this place unless you want to pay overprices for badly insulated apartments.

Thanks for the new windows Villas!! This person is nuts!! The place is great except for people like the one who wrote this review...lmao...I been here over 2 years and I am about to sign another lease..It may be a little pricey but try finding a place thats better in Billerica or the surrounding area and I will bet you wont...Go live in Middlesex Crossing see how you like that place...lmao..Love it here and will only say that the only thing that might be a downer is some of the people they let in here but then again you will get that in any apartment community...good luck on your next place..lol..

Would you be compelled to believe anyone that types like this in a review comment? Just because the surrounding areas are worse doesn't make the price or quality of the Villas better than it is. Namely, it is bad.
