Yes the villas look nice from the outside...thats about the only thing theyve got going for them. The staff is very unhelpful, the gym is from the 80s, the computer room is full of children day and night, the pool is dirty and crowded, you can hear dogs barking constantly, they never plow. They say its a secure gated area but the gates are ALWAYS open. If you get an apartment on the old side you will have to deal with freezing concrete floors in the kitchen and bathroom and dont move near the elevator or doors...very loud! Dont plan on getting any help from the 24-7 emergency line...they dont even answer and when you have to go into the leasing office because the staff refuses to pick up the phone or return a message you will not be happy with the way you are treated. VERY RUDE! I would not recommend the villas!!!

WOW so angry why are you so angry>? I live on the "OLD" side? dont get it its only like 2-3yrs older than the other side just be happy your on this side and not on the "newer" side because that side has route 3...lol...I live across from and elevator and never hear it you may hear an occasional person or child BUT remember you live in an apartment building where "other" people live..lol...The gym is great theres hardly anyone ever there,the maintanence guys are always on time evrytime, and its 2009 doesnt 85% of this world own a computer??lol..get your own thats what the computer nook is for..oh yeah be thankful villas spent ALOT of money to put in NEW windows for the "old" side..lol..I guess you cant make everyone happy Villas...The only thing that sometimes isnt that good here is the people they let live here but they will go away soon after they put a bad review on here because they are not happy with there own lives...good luck to you...oh yeah by the way I do live here and have for along time now and will continue..I love this place!!!!
