Everything people are saying is true. I can't wait until my lease is up. I hate that they come in your apartment with NO prior warning. If you have a problem, they DO NOT care. I won't go off on the deep end, but I will say, my lease is the ONLY reason I haven't moved out and found a better place to live. If I have to say something good...I always find a good parking space and I hardly hear my neighors, that's about all I can say that's nice.

well, the maint. guys are nice. What is scary is everyone I know that has moved out was charged $2,000 for carpets... normal wear and tear. Caution, the carpets have clay under them.. if they get wet the mystery stain works its way to the top - and bam.. your charged even though it was there before you, you couldn't see it when you moved in. this is per mazmanian rugs

You are all crazy this place is great the maint guys are awesome and are always there to help you with any problem within 24hrs of your complaint..The only thing I can say that makes me not like this place is people that live here like the loud neighbors even though its the weekend we can hear them on there balconys because it echoes between the buildings and the smell of indian food BUT I cant and wont complain about that to much because I know if the neighbors get loud enough and they dont stop after I ask them to keep it down ( mind you I wait till at least midnight before I get mad and say something) and if they dont be quiet I call the cops and from there I tell the staff and they will soon be kicked out so if people want to be loud then continue just know I will call the cops and villas will soon want you out....I been here 2years and will continue to stsy here till i save for a house....Thank you Villas for a great 2years thus far!!!!!

Indian food???? That's racist don't you think, seeing how the people from India (who've I've had nothing but nice incounters with) don't bother anyone and the last time I checked people can cook and eat whatever they want. You're crazy!!! I'm not even Indian and I know that was a stupid comment. I see why you like it here. Stupid is as stupid does.

I wasnt trying to be racist my best friend is indian..lol...im just sayn that curry smell is intense if you are not use to it...but your a clown you just like to say "your racist" to people so others can get on your side..so keep it up clown your winning the votes...lol
