Very quiet place tucked back. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. I have lived here for about 1 year and will definetly stay. I love the fitness center and movie theater. Great amenities. Nice Place!

Yeah right! This is obviously someone from the leasing office. If it's a real tenant, you'll change your mind within a few months. They are only nice to you until they get your money then they treat you like a rag doll. Congratulations on your new apartment! Good luck with that, I'm out of here as soon as my lease expires.

I agree with the person that is talking GOOD about this place!! NOT the one who is talking bad about it!!! Why is it everytime someone has a problem with a place NO matter what apartment rating you go on they seem to think the ones that like or love it is from the leasing office??? CRAZY??Probley!! I live in building 4 and Love it!! I been here 2 years and will continue to live here until I buy a house...I cant say enough about the maint guys and the way the grounds are kept besides the people who own dogs and cant pick up after there dogs because there to LAZY thats what the green plastic bags are for that Villas lets you have for FREE!! CLEAN up after your dogs pet owners because I will say something to you if I see you not pick it up!! Also theres people that are rude that talk loud off there balconys anything before 9pm is fine with me during the week when it gets to be 10 SHUT UP and have some RESPECT YOU HAVE NEIGHBORS that work in the morning and during the weekend SHUT UP after 11pm it echoes between buildings and is rude and believe me i have yelled at people and for those that have yelled back because of there alcohol intake I called the cops and they made them shut up..I will do that if I feel disrespected and if you dont show some common courteous and then you will have to deal with the cops and then the Villas because the cops report the disturbance to them the following day and you most likely get a warning then eviction...So in saying that the people that live here make the experience crappy sometimes but all in all i cant complain one of the best places I ever lived and will miss it when I move!!! And to you the person who doesnt like this place good luck with any other place because I can bet that you wont like that place either..Thanks Villas for the New windows there awesome!!! Thanx to everyone in Building 4 for being quiet and kind and thanx to the maint for being here on time evrytime no matter what you the man(s)!!!
