Excellent Management I have lived in Bldg 1 for over a year and am very pleased.We park in a garage below and the Mgt.is ver responsive and couteous.They have offered pool parties and coffee events for residents.Being close to Billerica Center is a plus.

Pathetic!!! For the price this crumbling facility charges, you will even get treated like ---- by management too! They will steal your property, tow your car from the parking lot you paid to park in, invade your privacy, and there are no benefits!
The pool is open for about 1 week.

You could do worse. Definitely the best place around Billerica. Most of the reviews are correct. The construction isn't the best. The windows are cheap and in the winter the cold air seeps through the cracks. The carpet gets dirty quickly. The gate is often broken. And often it is quite noisy

Great Place! I am a new resident at Middlesex Crossing. I have been here for about 3 months and I am loving it. The staff is great, they are all so nice and the property looks fabulous! I would recommend Middlesex Crossing to anyone.

Nice Place to live I'm living in Middlesex crossing for last 3 yrs now and I have to say it's a very nice place to call home. The building are bit old with noisy floors, but the appliances are all brand new. What I like most is the people. The office staff is very friendly and helpful

Horrible place to live Watch out, windows leak like crazy and the corner appartment have roof leaks. Now that new managament has taken over, all of the decent people have left. Now it is all section 8 people with gangs of kids running around at midnight. Not to mention the police are here

Very Nice Place I've been at Middlesex since April and have been very happy here. The maintenance staff is always very kind and Rick goes out of his way to help. The office staff is professional and very accomodating. I have even reccomended Middlesex to friends.
