Beware of specials !! Not a good idea for lease extensions I lived in these apartments. Place is good, but beware of specials. Once the you have lived there with specials for a year, for the very next extension, your rent would go up drastically and they would try to bring it closer to

Excellent Management I have lived in Bldg 1 for over a year and am very pleased.We park in a garage below and the Mgt.is ver responsive and couteous.They have offered pool parties and coffee events for residents.Being close to Billerica Center is a plus.

quiet place. Very quiet place tucked back. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. I have lived here for about 1 year and will definetly stay. I love the fitness center and movie theater. Great amenities. Nice Place!

Pathetic!!! For the price this crumbling facility charges, you will even get treated like ---- by management too! They will steal your property, tow your car from the parking lot you paid to park in, invade your privacy, and there are no benefits!
The pool is open for about 1 week.
