So these apartments have a great location which is why I chose them and they are very old but I didn't care, however, the staff are some of the most horrible people I have ever worked with. I have had a noise issue with my tenants below me for the past four months and the landlord will do nothing about it. They send me to the police who send me to the landlord and so on. Today, I come home and the maintenance guys moved things around in my apartment without letting me know, they tracked mud all over my brand new white carpet AND all over my light colored couch. Highly doubt they will reimburse me for damages but I will try. On top of that I had things stolen from my apartment the first week I moved in when maintenance was in fixing one of the kitchen cabinets. Also, today is the third day without hot water. You call maintenance and they say they are working on it yet there are no vans outside and no one in the basement, no one outside the building, etc. They are the cheapest management company I know and push all of your issues back to you instead of managing them as they should.
