Keep in mind you are living in downtown Boston... It is going to be expensive and there is never going to be parking no matter where you live.... However, it is a pretty great location and mostly students live here (I personally don't mind the students) ... I have never had to complain about noise ... however, my neighbors below have complained about me once during a red sox/Yankees game. (So maybe I am part of the problem) Fienberg will fix things if you call ... re-did the bathroom with tile floor, new sink, ext but I paid for materials and they paid for instillation...

Problems I have found:

Break-in's: I had my laptop stolen from my apartment and there have been 3 break-ins total on my floor alone. When you move in make sure you have sturdy locks and a jimmy guard (piece of metal which protects your door)

Also I have never seen bugs but I have seen mice usually when it is cold outside ... and I keep a very clean apartment and when talking to fellow neighbors they seem to have worse problems than I...

Common area's not that nice and often messy

Dogs are not allowed on Feinberg management side

Paint often peels call Feinberg they will fix it but it is still a pain

Laundry is pretty bad ... Lots of people are trying to do laundry at the same time and most of the machines are broke or ruin clothing
