Think about this the next time one washer & dryer are working for 120 units

or your place gets robbed

or most of the building's doors don't lock properly

or they shut off the elevator citing "power supply issues"

or mice get into your food, despite your attempts at cleaning your place

or you're charged over a grand for a studio that's been beat to hell
