This is by far the worst apt that I have ever lived in. All of the previous posts are indeed valid- mice are plentiful and maintenance does nothing to fix it up, no hot water often (one whole day every two weeks or so), poor heat (never fixed), bent windows letting air in(never fixed), lots of noise, insect infestation, washer/dryer always broken, the list goes on. The only good thing about this place is the location to DT.
They make you sign on the lease "as is for the apartment"- meaning the apt can be raped with dirt, grim, disgust and you have no rights to contest it.
Do not make the same mistake as I have- renting from these scumbags. All they care about is your money. You can complain to get things fixed- they do nothing to fix it.

my friend just got an appartment on the bottom floor. im rooming with him next year because im going to Berklee up there. What floor do you live on? when are you moving? I hope we didnt get yours.

Im considering moving into one of the 5th floor apts, i didnt see anything physically wrong with the apt. Im not sure about the heat since its summer right now and as such the apt looked good. How serious is the rat issue on the higher floor, also did u have any bed bug issues
