Has its pros and cons - Overall this is not a bad place to live in the city. Pros: location! conveniently located close to Boston Symphony Hall, Back Bay Fens, Prudential Center, Fenway Park, etc. T stations close by. Maintenance staff is pretty attentive - and they're friendly and say hello to tenants. Management is pleasant when I have called to ask questions. Upkeep non-existant, paper thin walls, owner disrespectful - Although I thought this was the apartment of my dreams, central heat/ac, laundry in building, electric applainces, I WISH I HAD NEVER LAID EYES ON IT!!!
