Only for berklee kids, and old men, who don't like playing/ listening to music.

There are thin walls and floors. There are old residents who can't tolerate a little noise and who will complain, thus getting those who play music in trouble with the building manager. Then the building manager, who lives in the building, will hate you for the rest of your stay unless he is bribed. When you are on the building manager's bad side, even for small reasons, he is overly rude in passing and neglects to help you with maintenance. The building manager is also allowed to go into your room when you are not there and completely invade your privacy. There are also cameras every where, so the whole place is under constant surveillance. You can't paint your walls unless it is white.
I don't like living there. I suggest paying a little bit more for some freedom, even though you shouldn't have to.
