* beautiful old ivy-covered brick building (one of the oldest still remaining in the neighborhood)
* rooms are nice and spacious with large windows
* near the hospitals, and less than 5 min away from the Longwood T stop on the D Green Line; also close to the Riverway creek trails which are beautiful to walk along
* usually very quiet building, except for the occasional ambulance sirens and helicopter wings
* tenants are mostly preprofessionals in health (quiet crowd)
* management and maintenance has been excellent and friendly
* some problems with thefts of packages since the vestibule area is unsecure, and lots of people pass by on the street
* parking is a horror unless you are willing to pay extortionate garage parking fees
