Do NOT live in a Fineberg Apartment - If you want dirty, disgusting, poor maintenance and extremely high rent, Fineberg Management is the way to go. Fun while it lasted - I lived in the Longfellow Towers for a year while I was in Boston and I must admit it is a pretty nice place for being built in the 60s and at least in my unit it was pretty well kept. First, the building is old and has a lot of problems.
