I am writing as I am in the process of relocating after being forced to leave my overpriced apartment due to a massive flood that destroyed every, single thing I own. Negligent maintenance was the cause. Crack, heroin, and alcohol-addicted street thugs, homeless psychotics, and vagrants menace you at the front door and on the sidewalks surrounding this unsafe building. Angry, loud, immature tenants; poor interior air quality and; non-working elevators round out the picture.
