I lived there for one year from Sept 07 - Aug 08. It is mainly filled with students and is usually pretty quiet. The door men aren't great, but Dennis (the day guy) is awesome! He even bought my husband and I champagne when we got married. It's cheapish for downtown, the layout isn't ideal at all, kitchens are small, but the location is very convenient transportation-wise. If you're a guy, you will have absolutely no issue with living here. Girls, it's not pretty and can be kind of sketchy sometimes.
