I lived in those lofts for nearly 3 years and cleaned the loft SPOTLESS taking pictures prior to moving. What a suprise when I received my deposit back less some $200 due to the fact that the loft was left 'unclean and untidy' requiring 'hours to clean' which was signed with the following disclaimer by the corporation 'under penalty of perjury.' I wonder what legal mumbo jumbo wizz told them to insert that to protect themselves as they were ripping off their clients as they have been sued multiple times. In any case, the views are spectacular (noise aside) and if you don't mind the crowds when the Sox are at home, so be it. Just interms of practical things, the on-site custodian (whilst smoking in what is supposed to be a non-smoking building) is amusing but don't rely on him to get anything done. Our fridge was leaking coolant for over a year, ruining vegetables and other things, but to this day they still haven't replaced it. Just be prepared to lose some money off your deposit - you may as well leave it a pig sty as you're going to be ripped off by that group.
