I lived in a third floor unit for one year. The location can't be beat if you are a sox fan. I will say though that it is very unpleasant dealing with and speaking with the live in (more of a shut in case really) manager. He (and I will not use his name and perhaps he
has moved on though I doubt it) is very unpleasant. He doesn't keep himself or the place clean. Having to knock on the door to his lair is unpleasant. I had to toss aside a trash can (that he again left blocking access to my vehicle in a paid for parking spot) and the next
day I came down to find what looked very much like his spit on my car. I can only assume he deals with disagreements in this way. Great locale. Bad taste to a few of the things associated with living there. The management company was pretty nice on newberry though.
