I came from a full service luxury building. I was not quiet sure but Avenir is the most newest, trendy and nicest apartment building.
Units are confortable, new, top of the line finsihes and appliences,
Great location,
Great service and safe.
Best deal in town for luxury.
The only problem is I wish there would be a restaurant under the building.
